As a Heroes Unite recruiter, your goal is to sign up new members for our platform.

As a Heroes Unite recruiter, your role is to spread our mission and assist in signing up new members who are part of South Africa’s first responders’ community. To help you be effective in this role, we’ve put together these guidelines to ensure that potential members understand the value of joining Heroes Unite.

 

Together, let’s make Heroes Unite the go-to community for every hero out there.

Highlight the Benefits

When talking to potential members, it’s essential to explain the unique benefits they’ll receive as a Heroes Unite member. Here are some key points to cover:

 

Exclusive Discounts: Members enjoy exclusive discounts across a range of services and products tailored for first responders, including dining, retail, travel, and wellness.

 

Community and Belonging: Members get access to a supportive community of other first responders. This allows them to connect with individuals who understand their experiences, both on and off duty.

 

Future Safety Network: Let them know that Heroes Unite is working towards building a future “Hero Support Network,” where members can assist each other when in danger or require immediate help. This will provide an extra layer of security and peace of mind.

 

Referral Program and Income Potential: Explain the referral program and how members can earn additional income by signing up others. As recruiters, they earn a percentage for each new member they bring to the club. This is a fantastic way to earn extra income while contributing to the growth of Heroes Unite.

 

Guide Them Through the Signup Process

Your role doesn’t end at creating interest—you’ll need to guide the potential member through the actual signup process. Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure the signup process goes smoothly:

 

  1. Direct to Website: Take the member to our official website at heroesunite.co.za.

  2. Click on “Join Now”: Guide the member to click on the “Join Now” button to initiate the signup process.

  3. Assist with the Form: Help the member fill out the signup form accurately, ensuring all required fields are completed correctly.

  4. Complete Payment: Ensure the member completes the payment through our secure PayGate system. It is essential that payment is successfully processed, as membership will only be activated upon receiving the subscription fee.

  5. Verify Payment: Check if payment has gone through and that the member’s account is active. If there are any issues with the payment or if it fails to go through, make sure to follow up and guide them through completing the payment.

Follow-Up & Support

If a member is unable to complete the signup or if they need more time, ensure you follow up regularly. Here’s how you can effectively support them:

 

Frequent Check-Ins: Schedule a follow-up if they were unable to finalize their registration. Politely remind them of the benefits they’ll receive once they’re part of the Heroes Unite family.

 

Answer Questions: Be available to answer any questions they may have about the program, discounts, or how the club benefits first responders like them.

 

Remind Potential Members About Our Mission
